The Hellcat is the King of the Clan of Cats, a nation of four houses of cats - Lion, Tiger, Jaguar and Leopard. Together they occupy and protect the Great Forest of Flowing Wells. Recently, a mysterious building appeared and interlopers have been spotted walking the forest.

Kishi Kaisei literally means “wake from death and return to life”. Kishi Kaisei is not a name, but a title given to one who is reborn. She wears a necklace of unknown origin. It is said when a Kishi Kaisei is born, they will lead their people to a new land.

L'Kaiser and Omar
L’Kaiser is a notorious thief known throughout the land. Referred to sometimes as the Napolean Theif because of her distinctive hat. She refers to herself as a “performance artist” and claims her crimes are her art. Often times she gives the spoils from her crimes to the poor. She carries with her numerous magical items that grant her strange and distinctive powers. Her dog Omar often assists her in her many “performances”.

The most recent in a long line of kings that are voted upon by the people. She is the youngest Rey to have ever been elected. To the joy of some and the fear of others, she has vowed to institute sweeping changes in her lands. She wears a ring bestowed upon all Reys that grants the wearer unknown powers.

Jean La Mae - A famed teacher, warrior and practitioner of numerous magics Le Mae has a long and fabled history. In the Beast Wars she was an honored warrior and helped defend Mocad city from invasion. After the wars she retired to her birth place of San Antonio and opened a school of magic. Pictured here holding the famous Cube of Conundrums, Le Mae eventually left her school to unearth new mysteries in the Far East. She has not been seen in many years, but she occasionally updates her blog with cryptic stories warning of an impending danger.

The people of her kingdom are well taken care of and blessed with a land that is rich in technology, design and the arts. She is a king without a queen, but does not suffer for it as she believes, "no woman needs a man to get in the way".

The Ghost of El Dorado Park

This ghost has been spotted many times haunting the abandoned Train Station near El Dorado park. Rumored to be searching for a lost child he calls out a name no one can understand. He can be seen sometimes waiting on a bench holding a teddy bear a quietly sobbing.
